I am so impressed with this office for their patient care. I experienced a girl working on phones named Becky that went out of her way on Monday to get my husband in for his appointment. My prescriptions are always taken care of. The staff is very easy to communicate with and they always get back to me I feel like my health care team really cares about us. Would highly recommend this office!

I've been a patient at Alliance for several years and have been really, really happy with the doctors, nurses, the staff and the Henry Ford system overall. I'm not kept waiting forever for appointments, they listen to my concerns and treat me like a true partner when managing my health care - not just a number like some many other practices. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

This facility is a terrible health provider. They treat a healthy person as having a disease to charge money through wrong billing. I strongly recommend not to use this facility because you will receive more than $500 bill even after having a simple annual checkup without any health issue. They, including the physician, do not care at all about applying proper claim code to consider patient's position and care only collecting money even if insurance company asked them a code review for correction.

I would not recommend this office due to very unprofessional handling of patient care. I was dismissed as a patient a few months ago without any written notice or explanation and only recently discovered it. During that entire time, I was left completely unaware that I no longer had a primary care provider. I only required yearly physicals and occasional visits, but the office ended my care without cause, notice, or documentation. When I asked for clarification, I received no explanation, just a best guess-- as the lady stated she didn't know why and there wasn't a note. Patients deserve transparency, proper communication, and continuity of care -- none of which were provided here. This was irresponsible and put me at risk of disrupted medical care.

The staff here is wonderful. It's always hard changing doctors, but I havent regretted choosing Alliance. The office is close to work, so it's super convenient to keep appointments. You're given a warm greeting when you come in. The entire staff is responsive, helpful, friendly, patient, and accommodating. They actually listen to my concerns and try their best to help. I have not had one bad experience. My doctor is great. I've had others stand in and they were great as well. I'm glad I chose Alliance and would recommend them to everyone.
