About Dr. Yasser Salem MD
Dr. Salem is a Cardiologist with the UP Health System - Marquette Heart & Vascular Center. He is board certified in internal medicine, cardiology, and advanced heart failure and transplant cardiology, and is a fellow of the American College of Physicians and American College of Cardiology. He completed his medical education and some postdoctoral training at Alexandria University Hospitals. After leaving Egypt, he moved to the United States and completed both his residency in internal medicine and his cardiovascular disease fellowship at the Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University.
