The entire staff was friendly, professional and compassionate. When I walked to the reception desk, the ladies greeted me with a smile. When the nurse met me, she greeted me with a smile and a caring spirit. The doctor was phenomenal and caring when accessing my symptoms and recommending what procedures to do next. I walked out of the office very confident that everyone had my best interest in heart to provide the best care so that I may live a healthy life with my family and friends forever. Thank you for providing EXCEPTIONAL staff to help all of those who who expects excellence in service! God Bless the Heart Institute staff!

The ladies that took care of me at the Heart Institute were very sweet and caring. I can't remember their names but they communicate with me to let me know everything that was going to take place. They also was gentle and very kind and I truly appreciate that.

The lady's were wonderful in keeping me aware of what they were doing and making me comfortable. I was very pleased with how I didn't have to wait long and how nice everyone was.

After testing it was going to be 6 weeks to see the doctor again. Paperwork for short term disability was faxed to them and had a deadline to meet for me to receive it. Over a week later and still not done. I explained to one of the receptionists that I needed to be seen sooner and that the paperwork had to be back in 2 days. The receptionist was rude and condescending. My wife had to rattle chains and finally I'm being seen sooner and the paperwork will be done on time. The doctor and other staff were great.

It was for a stress test. I appreciated being well informed about everything I would be doing, when, and for how long. I was also grateful for the consideration shown about my pain in the arm that will have shoulder surgery in July.
