I thought the visit to my appointment was very nice and pleasant the receptionist were polite and helpful in every way. I was very impressed with the doctor who really showed me that he was concerned. Back in my day the doctors examined you they didn't ask you to point to where the problem was. He actually examined me with respect and concern the old time way. I was comfortable and very satisfied with my visit..

A lot of information. The doctor shared all the alternatives and all the tests that would need to happen before surgery could take place and the options with surgery based on those tests. He answered all my questions and actually came back to answer another question that I had after he left.
As always, very detailed and professional, John has a very sincere bed side manner and always provides answers to all my questions
