The staff is friendly and the NP Eric I saw today was thorough explained everything well... and what's best is he listened and I didn't feel rushed. So far since switching to Corwell team from Trinity... I feel like I am finally being heard. As a matter of fact... 2 of my friends switched from Trinity to Corwell.
Just had trouble once checking in. Waited 20 minutes on 3rd floor as instructed and wondered if they knew I was there. Had to go back down to ask someone at the check in desk if I did it right at the keosk since I had no idea. I don't know how to improve the system but it's inefficient. If I was 20 minutes late to an appointment id have to reschedule. Seems there should be some courtesy on the other end. Once in a room things went smoothly.
We appreciated being able to meet virtually with Eric as it is difficult to get my frail mother to an in person appointment. He was so great to work with us, hear our concerns and help figure out some solutions. He did not rush through and explained things well. My confidence is restored.
The entire staff were very kind and helpful.
Was seen by Eric in Holland, & received wonderful care. He was extremely patient, compassionate, & informative. I'm so grateful to & for my care team & all the staff.
