Dr. Raymond Yeow treated my mom at Fred and Lena Meijer Heart Center (hospital). He gave exemplary care to her. He sat with family and my mom for over an hour to make sure she understood what her prognosis was and what her care options were. He was kind and compassionate. We appreciated the time and care he gave to all of us.

I had my ultrasound at West Michigan cardiology today. check in was quick and efficient My Sonographer was pleasant. And I was in and out less than a half an hour. I am very impressed and I recommend them.

I love Dr Singh, being my cardiologist, I just had an ICD implant. He made me feel wonderful about getting it in at hospital. He is very polite, funny and caring.

The manager fully supports an unprofessional staff. Read all of their reviews, you will most likely experience similar if not worse issues. The manager insinuates that mistakes are only the patients fault. There is no culpability. Dr. Singh himself seems genuinely kind. So it is a shame that the employees are steadfast in their inability to acknowledge their mistakes. They are not BBB accredited! I would not recommend them based solely on the Manager and scheduling staff! They respond to negative reviews with generic responses. This should be taken as an insight that the staff are genuinely difficult to communicate with. As they will NOT accept blame, when they are very easily proven to be at fault. The mangers lackluster responses and the veil of accusation that is put over genuine mistakes on their end, is why I have decided to leave a review. **Apparently they are also retaliatory. I got a letter in the mail that I had to sign for saying that I was discharged for "inappropriate and hostile behavior". Even though I'm the one who removed myself from further appointments, because they fought about a mistake they made instead of being adults and simply fixing it immediately. Which they claim they did but actually did NOT do! So catching a mistake that they made, pointing it out, with proof, is hostile and inappropriate behavior? It's blatant retaliation. All this stress from a cardiologist! Save yourself a headache and go somewhere professional! Not only are they hostile, they are also liars. They are willing to stain your medical record with lies about your behavior. They don't care if you can prove they made a mistake. They will simply fight you for acknowledging their mess up.

Dr Singh saved my life recently. I will be forever greatful for that!!! Sadly, the staff at his office is quite frankly, a mess. They cancel appointments (appointments I was threated that I would be charged for if I canceled), seem uncaring-like you are bothering them. It really is quite sad. I know it is hard to find good help but there has to be better staff out there. The people this place sees are eart patients. Most, like me, are in a frail condition both physically and mentally. We need our cardiologist and their staff to be there for us. Make out lives easier, not more difficult. This office left me crying on a few occasions. I didn't need that. Some comfort would have been nice. Found a new cardiologist at a professional office with great staff.
