There is a communication breakdown with this team. This team canceled a heart monitor appointment with me because it was piggybacking a procedure that I didnt need any longer, but I called and asked if I still needed the monitor. I track the messages in my chart, but it ended at that phone call. No one reached back out. I called yesterday with an issue and asked what I should do. Not life or death, but scary to me since it is something Im learning to live with, and still no call. I have decided to move on and scheduled an appointment with another professional. Edit: I received a call back and the nurse helped and answered my questions, so I moved my review from a 1 to a 3. I have still decided to seek an alternate health provider, because I expect more prompt communication.
