Heather Sowinski has been my soon to be 9 year old daughter's Cardiologist since she was born. She is nothing short of amazing! She listens to my concerns even when I'm just being the "paranoid mom" and addresses them without hesitation. After my daughter's ECHO and EKG she will go over the results and answer any questions I might have. I couldn't have asked for a better Cardiologist! I can tell that Dr. Sowinski loves what she does! This is not just a job to her, it's her passion to help and provide for every single one of her patients!! I highly recommend her to anybody who is looking for a Pediatric Cardiologist!

Dr Sowinski has been a tremendous blessing and breath of fresh air since we switched our youngest daughter to her care and to the care of DeVos Children's Hospital. Everytime our daughter has been hospitalized at DeVos even if not cardiac related, Dr Sowinski has still come by our daughter's room and visited our daughter and offered reassurance to my wife and I, that our daughter's heart (and underlying cardiac condition) is not the cause/reason for the hospital stay. It is just so cool to see and reassuring to know our daughter is cared for by Drs like Dr Sowinski that genuinely care and will take time out of their schedule to personally check in with us

Dr. Sowinski has been our daughter's cardiologist since the day she was born. She is the most caring, sweet and professional doctor we have ever had. She is able to explain things to her so she understands and has conversations with her.
