Fantastic experience. Dr. Chornoby was great! Andrea is med records called ahead of time so they were well prepared for my first visit. Becca was great bringing me back and running initial screens. My 3 year old had to tag along and even he had a good time. Thanks again!

I am frustrated to the point of giving up. I have hypertension and sleep apnea and last month I had an attack of Afib for the first time in my life. I was hospitalized and saw Dr. Harder while in the hospital. He told me that because of my apena and the fact that I work midnight shift at my job and can't get restful sleep that it is exacerbating my condition. Well, we have day shift at my job so I contacted FMLA to have them fax over accommodation paperwork to the doctor's office. They didn't fill it out or even see it, it seems. I had a follow up with Dr. Chornoby because Dr. Harder was out of the office for an extended period. I bought a copy of the paperwork and explained to him the situation. He said he could give it to Dr. Harder when he comes back on the 15th but the paperwork had a due date of the 12th. When I explained that he said he would call Dr. Harder and get it filled out. He lied. It wasn't filled out and I had to call FMLA to get a one time extension to the 19th. I called the office on the 15th and they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. I explained again and they said it was on Dr. Harder's desk. Finally, they said it was filled out but I needed to pay a $25 fee for paperwork. I said fine, and came up to pay and collect the paperwork. Only it wasn't filled out for my work accommodation. It just stated I was hospitalized. At this point, I give up. I feel like it's time to find another cardiologist, which I hate because I liked this place but I feel like they are going to put me in an early grave. They lied and delayed and then didn't do what they said they were going to do. I'm disgusted.

Experience with the providers have been good so far. The check out woman makes this place difficult to deal with. The lack of common sense, effective communication skills and any sort of kindness/compassion is alarming. Your patients are here because something is wrong with them, help them. At my husband's visit today, she was particularly condescending. My husband shared he was having difficulty in scheduling an appointment using the instructions you gave. Telling him that "well yeah, all CTs go through radiology" is asinine when your instructions were never to call radiology but to call central scheduling. So my husband has been on the phone with 5 different people to schedule a test, meanwhile you knew all along who he needed to talk to?!?! Then says "well usually use Corewell and not trinty" to which I respond "we are open to wherever is easier for you" she come back with you can go wherever you want..... This dumb circle went on for an unnecessary amount of time. He needs a CAT scan of his heart, obviously there is something big going on, stop the power games and help!

I have a history of hypertension, but for some reason every time the nurse takes my blood pressure at this location, it's perfect. Part of me is very suspicious that she is not measuring it correctly. This doctor's office is the only location that measures my blood pressure at a perfect 120/ 80. I have since left this clinic.

Called there over 3 weeks ago. The first call I got hung up on. I called back and left a detailed message asking for a call back. Called the following day no one answered the phone and I chose not to leave another message. Called back for the third day in a row and the receptionist asked for my number and told me she would call me back. Did not ask for my name or what I was calling for. No call back. Very unprofessional and after seeing how they handle phone calls I'm glad I called another cardiologist for an appointment.
