Progressive Cardiology

This office failed to deliver results for a patient (my mother) who needed a procedure done that required the cardiologist to sign off on proceeding. The cardiologist didn't give the results until the late afternoon on the day of the procedure causing the cancellation of it for my mother. Now she has to wait 5 weeks for her next chance at the procedure and it is for a life or death issue. I will never allow the progressive cardiology office have my mother back as a patient as they obviously don't care about their patients as much as their profit margins. Stay away from these cash grabbers pretending to be medical professionals! They will screw up important issues and not even bother apologizing for it.

I have to admit that they're good about one of the best there is if it wasn't for them I wouldn't be here today I was in the hospital twice this year and almost died the only thing is that when you come to the office if you have a co-pay you have to have it up front with no exceptions what so ever because they will not bill you for it you have to have the money up front and bother asking them if they'll send you a bill in the mail because they will not budge for they have signs throughout the whole office you have to have the money even if you talk to someone over the phone and they tell you otherwise take money with you or some kind of method of someway to pay up front and don't tell them you heard something different over the phone it won't do you no good and don't talk to the one in charge because by the time she gets done talking to you believe me you will not be feeling great you may walk out crying so take my advice have some way of paying them even if you have to put a little bit of money to the side and don't touch it until your next appointment I know I've already been there done that and believe me I came out of that office looking crazy and don't ask questions just keep quiet and pay you may not like the way the situation is set up believe me I don't either but it is what it is and there's nothing you can do about it just pay and keep quiet but I have to admit they're one of the best and if you decide to go to this office you'll have to admit they're one of the best too it's just one of their rules and they will not budge and you can't move them not one inch other than that they are super fantastic and they know what they are doing and that's bottom line.

The app that they use is useless and they don't call with your test results. Not impressed with this practice.

The staff and the doctors. These people without a doubt saved my life. In the hospital they took the lead to bring me back from the edge to a full life. Think what you want but this place (all of them ) saved me after i knew i was going to die. Keith wygal
