Dr. Rizk saved my life!! He performed a pulmonary embolism ectomy when I had little chance of survival without it. It was one of the largest clots hospital staff have seen and were shocked I survived it. God worked through Dr. Rizk and I am alive and well today. I trust him implicitly. Thank you, Dr. Rizk!!

I had a heart attack 4/22/25 and I kept saying I couldn't breathe for week/months after the heart attack. Prime NP said I was just adjusting to the medication. Finally after calling my primary Dr . Who ordered X-rays and found a mass in my lungs with multiple cysts not to mention that my heart loop didn't even record the actual heart attack The device clinic said it's a bad brand lol Thank god I didn't listen to them and shut up and take the meds. Currently looking for a new cardiologist

I have been going to this practice for years and years and years. Over the last year there is one particular staff member there who has done nothing but make my experience with this practice as uncomfortable as possible. She is beyond rude and she was beyond rude to my husband one of the times he came with me to my appointment. I had to change my appointment in July you know how hard it is to get an appointment with this practice I did not have a choice but to reschedule. This woman literally shamed me by saying "you do realize you're going to have to wait until October to see the doctor you do know that now right?" My appointment was rescheduled to October. Not a single patient has canceled their appointment since July because I haven't gotten a single call to see if I could come in sooner. Today she literally hung up on me. I am disgusted and if she ever ever is sent to my room again I will make a formal complaint while I'm at the practice!

The doctor is fine. The lady PA is fine. The young woman that took me in to the room however was beyond rude. I asked for my BP to be taken with a pump cuff instead of a mechanical cuff. SHE ROLLED HER EYES, WALKED OUT, AND NEVER CAME BACK. I did tell the dr. about and he didn't bat an eye, didn't even apologize for his staff.

Maybe just an off day for the staff there. Very impersonal, short and abrupt. So okay....that's how I responded to them as well. Fine with me, thanks for showing your true colors so soon. Not that I expect to form any relationships here, but can the staff lighten up a bit?
