Dr I and his whole staff are wonderful. I was called back for my appointment right away, the nurse was kind and genuine, Dr I came in after just a few minutes, and he was patient and genuine as well. I really want to say thank you to the front office staff, however. They are so kind, efficient, and they were so helpful and patient with my scheduling needs. Very rarely do I experience this level of care from a medical office, especially from the front desk.

Some patients were complaining about none accuracy of some of the front desk staff. Billing people who already have an insurance coverage, also had the wrong insurance company for some people. Rescheduling alleged to be by a voicemail to alders whom might have hearing problems.

First off, Nicole, one of the nurses was wonderful. It was my first time with her and I really appreciated her knowledge and professionalism while still being cool. Dr. Iskenderian is wonderful. He listens to you. He's genuinely wanting you to be and feel healthy. I always leave happy. Customer service is so so with the front desk BUT it is heavily made up with the inside staff.

Had a great first visit with Dr. Iskendarian at his Ferndale office recently and I feel totally comfortable moving forward with him as my Primary Care Physician. He has a great tableside manner and us very attentive and receptive to his patient's needs. I was introduced to Dr. I by way of referral from another great doc, my ENT doc, doctor Stranding. So I'm 2 for 2 this year with finding great doctors!

I highly recommend Dr Iskenderian. He's thorough, patient, kind and caring. I'm so content with him dealing with my health.
