My family have found our interactions with both our primary doctor (who is phenomenal) and his staff to be very friendly, professional, and productive. After several years of working with our primary at his last practice, I had meaningful improvement in quality of life. That's why when our primary moved to MHP, we did too and found that the previous red tape/bureaucracy which was difficult at the prior practice was replaced by staff would go out of their way to assist you and get to know you on a personal level.

I appreciate you offering the drive thru Covid testing. However, it was conceding when a person under the tent where the Covid test was administered did not have on his mask. He was sitting at the table, using his phone with his mask down. I am not comfortable taking my mask near someone not wearing theirs. He had the protective gear on, but mask down.

Charged "NEW PATIENT OUTPATIENT VISIT, TOTAL TIME 45-59 MINUTES" for a 13 minute phone call. Hadn't read the patient paperwork I spent 25 minutes filling out. Offered insomnia advice appropriate to someone who just got insomnia yesterday.

I spoke to someone regarding my uncle's new orders, Sandi? Or Tammy was soooo disgusting and mean and condescending. I fear for my uncles care because of how they were so rude to me on the phone with him present. Very sad that he had to deal with such a disgusting unexpectable behavior.

I was considering this practice as a new patient. However, the individual that I met on the phone was not at all welcoming, and short/curt. She probably meant no harm, but all I could think was this is what I'd have to deal with while inquiring about any health issues....Ummmm no.
