I had a very bad experience. Doctor has asked me to wear the Zio (iRhythm) heart monitoring device for three days. No one at the doctor office has educated me that the device is from a third party company and I will receive a separate bill for that. I received a huge bill and completely disappointed with how they handled the situation.

Worst experience ever. After a abnonormal MRI, the Dr. Informed me of results on my portal chart and that someone from the office reach out to me to schedule an immediate visit. That NEVER happened.Nevertheless,. Its disheartening to read your heart results rather than receive a phone call. Prior to this procedure I was scheduled for an MRI after three weeks of waiting, I was contacted by Corwell that due to an a mistake of coding that my appointment was canceled a day prior to MRI. Shayla rudely said" Its your fault" Unprofessional and rude!!!! After reaching to millennium cardiology due to the cancellations , they did not want to take any responsibility for any errors. After researching matter with Corwell, Millenium didn't provide accurate information to accommodate my appointment . I've asked millennium to call me back. No one will return my phone calls.

This for profit business quickly takes your money, The employees are overworked and under staffed, Unfortunately makes everyone being rude and mean, especially the doctors (who never return your call-why would they?) Do not go to them, they do not care.

Stay away - Care level follow up was not great. Billing office is playing shenanigans. Cashed our check but applied to another account. Billing person is not respectful on the phone.
