Dr. Assaad is a wonderful young man who is very approachable and easy to speak with. I met Dr. Assaad 4 years ago and have had my faith in him affirmed time and time again. He speaks clearly and directly to your specific condition and follows up on the medical concerns he has. I would and have recommended Dr. Assaad to people I care about.

I really like the Dr . However I was unhappy about the fact that he spent less then 5 minutes with me to tell me the results were normal. I feel this could have been done over the phone considering I had to take time off work and I have a large copay for specialists.

Check-in was easy, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Assaad was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He treated me with respect and answered my questions thoroughly. The only disappointment was at the check-out window. The assistance was awful. I wasn't greeted, no smile, the young lady barely looked at me and didn't explain the next procedure. She said, "This job is too stressful." She kept her face covered with her hand, and when she asked me about appointment times, she looked at me as if I was getting on her nerves. When she handed me my forms, she just said, "You can go." This is why I gave 4 Stars. That lady needs to understand that patients have feelings too, and if she hates her job, then she needs to find a better fit. Thank you
