Dr Shah does a good job but his reception staff and office supervisor desperately need customer training. The office supervisor made me furious when handling a simple matter. She was rude and talked to me like I was a child. I am looking to change doctors because of her attitude.
Dr. K. Shaw was excellent. Not only at results but cared about me, the patient. It seems that before I saw the good Doctor I had two false positives for Afib. He found that I did not have Afib . But he set up a series of tests to try and identify the reason I passed out in my home. I really enjoyed my appointment with him and look forward to seeing him again once the tests are completed.
Dr. Kirit R. Shah is THE BEST Cardiologist my husband and I have ever been treated by. My husband has seen 6 different Cardiologists in his life time. Dr. Shah is the best. My husband was in Providence Hospital with double pneumonia and sepsis. There was one resident doctor who thought Kevin had a heart problem. None of the other doctors wanted to listen. This resident doctor went and asked Dr. Shah to take a look at Kevin. Thank God he did. Kevin had 100%, 2-90% and 70% blockages in his heart. His EF was 25. Dr. Shah went out of his way to get a life vest for him. He sent him to Dr. Lee who did the quadruple by-pass. It has been 5 years since his surgery and we thank Dr. Shah and Dr. Lee every year on Kevin's birthday. This cardiologist saved his life. We will forever be grateful.
I'm very happy with Dr. Shah. He listened to me and was very patient. I felt respected which is not always the case these days. He was very professional. I would enthusiastically recommend him to my friends and family.
