Dear Corewell Team, I recently visited for a blood test and had a disappointing experience with one of the phlebotomists. Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but I'd like to share my concerns. During the procedure, . What was more distressing was that she poked the needle multiple times and moved it around while it was inside my vein, causing me significant pain. I was surprised that she didn't apologize or acknowledge my discomfort. Additionally, I noticed that she was tearful during the procedure, which made me feel uneasy. As a patient, I expect a certain level of professionalism and care, even in challenging situations. I hope you will address this issue and provide further training to your staff to ensure a more comfortable and respectful experience for patients.
