Office staff is disrespectful. Staff intentionally hung up on me and while addressing concerns regarding my mother's treatment. Dentist faxed paperwork to office 5x and office said they didnt get previously. Last call said they got it so i inquired about when will the Dr. fill out and fax to dental so that she can get medically cleared for dental extraction- in which aiding in higher blood pressure and now pain management. This is unacceptable.
This cardiologist should be ashamed of himself. No respect of patients time. I took my dad to see this cardiologist after my dad's stroke. Appt was at 12:15pm, we got there at 12pm, at 2pm we walked out without even seeing the doctor. How about a patient being 2 hours late? They would reschedule and probably charge you still for the visit. How about for wasting my time and gas driving from Maryville to Detroit for nothing, I'm going to send him a bill.
I've been seeing both Father and Son for many years. Both are very caring, kind, and very concerned with providing the best care for me as a patient. Father and son are very strict with me about smoking cigarettes and explains thoroughly how smoking can cause me further damages to my heart and I appreciate that because it shows their care and concern for me as their patient. They are also patient with their visits and answers all of your questions and concerns and do their best at providing the best care possible. I would recommend both
Tried getting my test results, talked to the office staff 3 times and each one said I will have the doctor call you on this certain day. Never heard from the doctor after 3 phone calls to his staff. I found results on my online medical record and had another doctor read it, thankfully the results were good. Staff is terrible. What if the results were bad.
I wouldn't recommend no one to this dr. He is not a compassionate Dr who cares to treat his patients with respect or tries to help there health. The receptionist and nurses are coughing but treat you as though you have covid.
