hardly leave reviews but i feel like this is absolutely justified. the doctors are wonderful so this is a bit upsetting. the billing?? chaotic. i was paying my bill as statements would come in and suddenly they stopped coming for no reason. just received a call from a collections company to collect debt? what happened to the statements? why did i just receive a call from a collection company without a single call or statement from the office? i asked if i could put this on autopay the last time i paid and they told me no. the statement was my reminder. apparently, pay in full up front or get a call from collections. unfortunately, i won't be back.

Very rude front desk (all of them - and I have been there several times) which is the bottleneck of the otherwise good doctors. They will make you sick even if you were fine to begin with! I try to avoid this place as much as possible.

Dr Nahhas has been my husbands doctor for about 10 years. He is the best. He has put in 2 stents for him and always explains everything and always provides excellent care and answers any questions we may have. We would not go to anyone else. The office and staff is great as well.

This is a hard one to write bc I really like my 104 year old Grandmother's Dr here BUT the wait is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable. We had a 3:10 app and at 4:25 pm we were still waiting to see the Dr. I know there are emergencies that hold Dr's up but this is a habit with this office. It has been happing to us for years. If you don't get the very first appointment of the day plan on your appointment eating up HOURS of your time. Maybe they could make appointments further apart. I know that might mean less money but how about money NOT being the only goal...maybe happier patients should matter more?

I enjoyed my experience with Dr. Nahhas and his staff. They were very professional and they took such great care of me! Amanda ROCKS! I strongly recommend this practice for your varicose vein procedure.
