Ok I say this time and time again get you a cardiologist like Dr. Sattar. The staff at Ark cardiovascular at both locations care about their patients and their heart health. Valentina is a consistent source when I need last minute appointments she makes sure that when I'm having procedures I'm fully aware of the process and know what to expect. Since goin to Dr Sattar 8 years now I've been able to manage my heart and have a good quality of life. I totally recommend his services as a cardiologist.

Today is January 16, 2025 and still no medication from this place. I was seen in November 2024. The staff that does the prior authorization and medication ( and I do know her name) I spoke to her yesterday and she said that she would call the pharmacy to get the matter straightened out. But today I called the pharmacy and they said......no one had called. I will try again tomorrow and will keep you posted . I would never recommend this place to anyone not even my worse enemy. This place is awful! The drs are very good but the staff that does the prior authorizations for medication is the worst. I saw my dr. on November 4, 2024 to get a refill on my medication (which I have used before) I called several times to speak with the staff they just gave me the run around. Several weeks later my medication was denied from my prescription plan. I called to see why my prescription was denied. They told me that there was no documentation when the prior authorization was sent to them. It has been well over three weeks without my medication. And what they sent was for the wrong medication. The staff that did the prior authorization for this needs to be fired. If this was a medical emergency I would be dead. I'm beginning to think that they are prejudice and or racist. I will not be going back to this location. I will find another cardiologist. I will keep everyone posted and let you know if I ever get the medication. As of November 27, 2024 I have not received it. Someone supposed to call me on Monday so says one of the ladies that I spoke to today. And I do have everyone's name that I spoke to . I spoke to one lady that works there three times, without any help. How about that......what are they there for........Awful

Dr. Sattar is very thorough. Great bed side manner. Treats his patients with respect and listens to them. I highly suggest him if you need cardiac care.

Worst cardiologist, doesn't even have you go back to his office for regular pacemaker check. Lose pacemaker wire and he doesn't even seem to care. Wouldn't take my dog to see him................. I only gave him 1 star cause I had to. He doesn't even deserve that

My mother died in 2022 while getting an angioplasty from Dr. Sattar.
