My mom's appointment was confirmed for 11:40 AM--both by text message and with a printed appointment card directly from the office. Without any notification, they changed her appointment time the night before. When she arrived on time for the originally scheduled appointment, staff insisted it was at 11:20 and claimed she was late. Even after showing clear proof of the 11:40 time, they refused to take responsibility and tried to gaslight us instead, offering nothing but excuses. Because of their mistake, her appointment was pushed back an entire month with zero accountability or concern for the patient's situation. To make matters worse, when we called to ask medical questions, the staff member on the phone was rude, dismissive, and spoke down to us as if we were stupid for not already knowing the answers. The entire experience was beyond unprofessional and demonstrated a complete lack of respect or basic patient care. This office needs major improvements in both communication and professionalism.
