The worst experience anyone could have at a doctors visit was what we had today. Beautiful office. But the service was the worst. The receptionists were not friendly at all. They looked like they were not pleased to be there at all. So we arrived on time. Paperwork filled before time of arrival. We were called in, blood pressure checked, EKG checked by one of the nurses. Also a guy was in the room taking notes on the computer. Both of them left and a doctor resident came in. Asked a bunch of questions and for 25 minutes sat there not talking at all. Pretty much we think she was there to keep us calm. I ask when was the doctor gonna see us. She said we were next that the doctor will be in soon. Later she left and no doctor in sight. I got up open door and told receptionist that we were tired of waiting. He is in the room next to you that we were next. We almost got up and left. At this point I think we will probably look for another doctor. Doctor Kaki didn't even listen to her heart. Didn't even smile. Just a look on his face like the world was ending. There are better choices out there. Always look around for one that you know would care for you the way you would expect any doctor to care for you.
