They were very quick on the appointment time. The staff were very nice as well as the Doctor, the doctor was nice and she seemed very knowledgeable and told exactly what was going on and how she was going to fix it. She asked if I had any questions and answered them then i was on my way..

I did not care for a new requirement to leave a CC on file when you pay the co pay that should be enough. New policy or not. I called back & according to the paperwork I'm able to cancel it. I called & was put off now until Monday because I needed to wait for a manager & he or she would provide step by step instructions on how to remove my CC. This should have been taken care right when I called. The doctor was great & unable to help me further so we only talked & I've followed her instructions & went to emergency. Co pay covered it & NO need to hold my CC. I will no longer go there or any of their locations. This facility is under new management. Being more concerned about care & less about money should be your goal. The Doctor & Nurse P. were great.

I have been going to this urgent care since 2020 and every single time I have an amazing experience. The NP's and nurses here and the people behind the front desk are all calm, polite, helpful and understanding women. I recently saw NP Szatkowski and she really listened to me an helped me. The women who work here are pinnacles in the medical field, everyone could learn something from the way they treat and care for patients. One small example is that I don't like to be weighed at Dr. Offices and usually in most other offices I will get a snarky comment or rude glance but these women here actually possess intelligence and can understand why a patient might need to forgo something like that and I'm always met with respect and politely taken to a room so that my actual reason for visiting can be taken care of.

I had a fantastic experience at this urgent care! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. I was seen quickly, and everything moved smoothly, even though I came in without an appointment. A special shoutout to Nurse practitioner Jessica--she was absolutely amazing! Kind, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and truly listened to my concerns. It's rare to feel genuinely cared for in a medical setting, but Jessica went above and beyond. Thank you to the whole team for making a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend!

First time here. A friend told me about 1st choice. I was pleasantly surprised. Easy to make an appt on-line. Everyone was very pleasant from the receptionist to the MA and the Dr. I would highly recommend 1st Source for your urgent care needs!!!
