Trinity Health Michigan Heart - Canton

Worst medical office ever. I can't really speak about Dr Wilks I only saw him for 7 minutes. I won't give all the details, but I was told I had a heart attack in June, had Echo in July and Stress test 8/5/2025. Still have not be able to speak to anyone regarding my abnormal results, this after several calls, more that a dozen emails and had appointments set which I showed up for both times only to be set away saying I did not have one. It's not a stubbed toe, it's my damaged heart. Try Livonia or Ann Arbor.

Difficult review because the staff and everyone I've encountered from this practice is great --- except for the Dr! It took 5 business days for the Dr to review a test he ordered, the results of which were "high." I made numerous calls, entries on "My Chart" only to have the Dr come back on FRIDAY EVENING, and state he wasn't sure why I had the test, and to contact my PCP. He requested the test (!). His name was on the req, but that's the response I received after a week. Again, the staff has been great! I've spoken to Denise, Kim and corresponded with Tina. I have no complaints. Too bad these women aren't the Cardiologists -- they're (one specifically!!) the problem here!

I needed an echocardiogram and was referred to this office by my doctor. When I made the appointment over the phone the woman was rather rude. However when I arrived at the office the receptionist was really nice. The person who did my echocardiogram was another story. It was such a nightmare. I get a lot of procedures done through Trinity Health and this is the first time in my life that I ever had to speak to a supervisor afterward. It was that bad. I won't be going back.

Today my daughter saw Jodie L Kenes, MD for a tachycardia. Denise the tech that did her EKG was professional, polite and very caring. Dr Kenes was compassionate and a good listener, and set her up for a plan for her issues. Highly recommend!

I had a great first time visit to this location! It's close to home. From the front office to the medical assistant everything went smoothly. The staff is welcoming and friendly. I'm very happy with my new cardiologist Dr. Perry. Excellent bedside manner and he is very thorough. I feel like my heart is in good hands at this location. I definitely recommend Michigan Heart at Trinity Health Canton, Michigan.
