Corewell Health Walk-In Clinic - Caledonia

Don't recommend to anyone. Injured my wrist at home but due to work hours couldn't see anyone for 5 days. My work needed a doctor's note as I can't lift 50 pounds with current wrist pain. I told them I just needed a note and didn't want X-rays unless they thought they were required. They had me do x rays anyways. Doctor said there was nothing wrong with my wrist and refused to give me a doctor's note for lifting. smug and unprofessional, it's like thought I was after workmans comp, all I asked for was a note because I can't lift the weight I have to for work. All I asked for was a doctor's note to exclude heavy lifting. He told me not to lift anything heavy but wouldn't give me a note for it. The gentleman at the front desk was fantastic however

The provider did a great job of thoroughly listening to me and evaluating me for an ear infection. This will be the only urgent care location I will be going to going forward! The staff was helpful, communicative, and efficient.

My daughter and I happened to walk into the clinic on a super busy day. I feel the front desk workers were super nice and were trying to check me in as quickly as they could and I appreciated that they also informed me there would be a wait before I had checked in. I did decide to wait as there's not many walk-in clinics near by. The nurse and doctor were both awesome and super nice to my young daughter. I personally feel this is a great place and they want to make sure you're taken care of.

It's not always easy to have a good experience at a place like this--but when you're sick and need medical care, we've consistently been treated with kindness and respect. The staff has always been friendly, polite, and professional. Grateful for the care we've received every time.

Brought my boyfriend in with a URI that he was dealing with. Saw nurse practitioner, Jaime, who took time to listen to our concerns and not make us feel rushed. Also, gave some good ideas of what to try and gave a couple of options to us on how to treat the illness. It was really nice to have someone who is down to earth, patient and knowledgeable. We would definitely come back to this location if we ever needed to.
