Trinity Health Michigan Heart - Brighton

I had my first appointment today with Dr Sadeh at Michigan Heart, Brighton. The support staff were efficient; I only waited 7 minutes before I was called. The nurse was cordial and more than capable of taking my vitals. Dr Sadeh was terrific! He listened patiently to my issues and carefully explained my options. He has my full confidence! A+

Monica was HORRENDOUS. The worst bedside manner myself or my family have ever witnessed. Completely ignored the entire family whenever we asked a question. She acted like we weren't even in the room, except when she went to correct one of us for something we said, only to realize that she was wrong a minute later. I've been in the medical field for 2 decades, and I've never treated a family like this. She was absolutely terrible, and made everyone feel so small. It was a horrific experience. We will absolutely refuse any further appointments with her. Monica should NOT be a provider. We will be writing a letter to Michigan Heart to share our concerns as well.

The most illiterate, rudest, disrespectful and verbally abusive staff I've ever dealt with and then they have the nerve to have a sign in their lobby that says that abuse will not be tolerated!!! PLEASE STOP SUPPORTING THESE DOCTORS UNTIL THEY HIRE STAFF THAT CARES!!!!

Honestly, We will not be back. Our nurse was very uneducated when I came to medical tremors and relations to cardiac relevance, and Dr. Misirliyan. . . Nothing but a pill pusher and made several inappropriate comments to my husband during our encounter. Just a disappointment over.

This company costed me $385.00 because they use an out of network company to do their testing but do not do a referral from BCBS. I feel that they are getting some kind of kickback or they would have been able to tell me upfront the cost of the test they had to run. The nurse and person I talked to on the phone were nice but that is all that was nice.
