Dr. Patel is like a bad airline, constantly overbooked. I've been waiting almost a month for the results of the testing he prescribed. The original appointment was bumped, and when I show up for the new appointment, on time, the front desk tells me I have to wait 90 minutes. The guy books 15-minute appointments to run as many people through as possible. No consideration for his patients' time, only $$$$.

Dr K Patel is an outstanding cardiologist. Saved my fathers life 24 years ago and kept him heart healthy since. I have since become his patient as well. He is extremely knowledgeable, talented and passionate. He is a busy doctor with good reason. I would and do refer him to those dearest to me.

I am quite disappointed and wish I could rate 0 stars. I made an appointment with this office during COVID-19. I understand that things are different due to the pandemic, so I had to make a video call visit. I was also told that an in person visit was booked until January. The people I spoke to at the office were very friendly. I set my appointment up and had to request the day off. The appointment was at 3pm and I was told the video call link would take place between the times of 1-5pm. I also am aware that doctors are busy and office visits can be time consuming, however I have been waiting for two hours past my appointment my time WITHOUT a call. I even called a half hour after my scheduled time to confirm they had the correct contact information. Once it was 4:50pm I called the office and to my surprise their answer machine said it was already closed before their office hours. I feel that someone in the office should of called me and rescheduled. I am very upset and frustrated on how little a cardiologist office cares about their patients. I cannot believe I took the day off and sat by my phone for several hours to not even see Dr. Patel. Even if an emergent situation did arise someone in his office should of been able to call me to reschedule. I am beyond disappointed in this office that I wasted my time to see a doctor that did not care about my well-being.

Dr. Patel has a terrible bedside manner. He loves to mock people in front of others. I went to him because of HBP and he told me we needed to figure out why this was happening and that I should be studied. When the nurse from the study called she told me that it was actually for an experimental surgery (in which he would be doing the surgery) to clip the nerve endings of the kidneys. Excuse me? #1, I don't trust a liar. #2, that Dr. is so fidgity, I would never let him operate on me.

Wish I could rate this idiot 0. He is so scatterbrained and puts things off till the last minute. He scheduled my mom for a cardiac cath with stents, then said no stents now saying he isn't doing it because of my mom's "anxiety" about the procedure, well idiot u kept putting it off all freaking day.
