My Father has been going to Dr Walsh for years. Lately, they have been very sloppy with the appointment scheduling. My father had an appointment scheduled for the Monday following Thanksgiving, I called to confirm, and they said that oh Dr Walsh won't be in the office that appointment was cancelled. Well... news to us! If I hadn't have called, I'd have been taking my almost 99 year old dad to the office only to find out there was no appointment. This was not the first issue, last time we were in, Dr Walsh made my dad wait for over an hour in the exam room while he talked to the patient in the room next door over some concerns. The courteous thing to do, would be to tell that patient, "let me see my scheduled patient, and come back to talk to you further". Just very very very unhappy with the way they are conducting business. I have a call in for the office manager, let's see if they every call back or just ignore the whole situation.
