I seen this dr in Er 2-3-21 and I was in a lot of head and neck pain and pressure from herniated cerebellum tonsil herniation and his first response to me was "what do you want me to do, you were Friday and they helped your symptoms and done an MRI and that's about all we can do." Which he done that while I was sitting in triage. Grant it he did help but his manners needs severe adjustment when I was told if I got worse to go back to Er which I spent all day in severe pain dreading to have to go back and he verified my weariness about it which is not good for helping us who already stressed out.
