Dr. Jafri. I see why this doctor has 1 star. If I could give 0, even that would be too many. I came in with congestive heart failure 2 years ago. Nothing was addressed. Today I came in with a 2DEcho, a very swollen leg. Just out of the hospital with cellulitis. Came in with an MRI, told him my leg gives out on me and I hit the floor. Said numbness all the way down to my toes. He did not at all seem concerned. Gave me a script for compression stockings and a script for Lasix. Being in so much pain, I took the after visit summary and left. I got home and realized that neither he nor his staff told me where to go to get the stockings. And left with no script for the Lasix. Upon calling, I was in touch with a nurse who was not pleasant. I live 5 minutes away, and by the time I got home he had left. Return on Monday. O have no faith in this doctor and will be changing soon. I am so disappointed with my care.

Awful inattentive and seemingly uncaring Dr. Spent 3 minutes in the room, didn't address any of my mother's or my concerns such as her newly discovered (by another Dr) heart murmur or her ongoing congestive heart failure management other than to order an echo to be done within 6 months of next appointment. I would maybe expect this type of treatment for some simple heart palpitations, but for someone with my mother's complex medical history, it was simply insane. No ekg, no looking at her very swollen ankles, no questions about chf issues or symptoms, nothing. Well, he did spend about 11 seconds listening to her heart, neck and lungs, so.... We left in absolute SHOCK with none of our questions being answered and feeling like this was a huge waste of time and co-pay. I HIGHLY recommend you find a different Dr to be responsible for your loved ones heart health, as my mother will not EVER be going back.

I found Dr Jafri to be very concerned and informative. Iam very happy with him. The girls in the office are very friendly and helpful.
