Dr kranis put me through a LOT of tests as an inpatient, including a cardiac cath that I had to wait another dsy to go through and which another Dr performed. No diagnosis and no significant result. Dr Kranis still couldn't tell me why my left leg was swelled, but not the right, and answer why the bottom half of my legs were cold, etc.!!!! Pushing pills !!!!! There's more to this! Gouging the insurance company!
The receptionists are excellent, they are very patient, informative and do their best to keep up with the nightmares of health insurance, its not bad customer service, its bad formatting by the state!!! I have doctor hadley, i would highly recommend her. Shes extremely personable and knowlegable!
Very poor customer service. I called to make an appointment but had to leave a message with an answering service. So maybe they cant hold on to receptionists? They never called back. I guess my health isn't important.
