If i could give 0 stars i would! Every thing about this company is SUBpar, from who they have hired to handle requests for copies of medical records(which takes far too long to recieve so that next scheduled appts are missed)to the testing operators, who could care less if you are comfortable during the test! Very poor business. Considering I have been getting mri's from this company for more than 15 years, i definitely know when the service has gone downhill drastically.
The directions sent in the email for directions were wrong. After the sweet lady on the phone was able to give me the correct location I was able to relax a bit. The receptionist was very concerned about the wrong address issue and planned on getting it rectified. The staff at the MRI suite B were very professional, and made me feel comfortable during the test.
From the ease of scheduling an appointment to the actual appointment, everything was very smooth. The staff I dealt was knowledgeable and caring. The only thing that I would have improved was the directions on where to go for my appointment. UMass University campus is large and can be quite confusing. More details in the instructions would have been helpful.
We were not notified that the mri machine was down and our 11:10 appt would be delayed. An 11 year old boy with adhd and failure to thrive made it difficult for him to wait even longer after a one hour car ride. The machine went down early in the morning. We get that things break and knowing when it will be back up is an uncertainty. At least if we were notified we could make the decision to reschedule. Aside from that the staff was excellent and courteous. They were also patient in not rushing us out since our son took quite a while to wake up from the anesthesia.
The staff and nurses who handled my MRI were excellent. They made me feel welcome and comfortable. They were pleasant and professional at all times.
