I am so grateful for Dr. Cherukuri. My 92 year old mother has struggled with CHF for years. Back in 2019 she underwent a TAVR. Unfortunately, in February 2025 we found out that the valve was leaking and it progressively got worse over the next 6 weeks. Dr. Cherukuri was so compassionate. He saw my mother has a "person" and not just a 92 year old women He reassured us that he would do whatever he could to give my mom quality back to her life. He recognized the urgency in my pleas and worked hard to get my mom scheduled for her second TAVR on May 6th. My mom has now lost 14 pounds of fluid, she is more alert, happy, feeling so much better and more hopeful. Dr. Cherukuri gave my mom quality back to her life just as he said.
