Rude experience. My father took chest x rays for pneumonia at 9:30am. Now it's 4:00pm and still heard nothing back and he's running a temperature... you need antibiotics to fight this especially at 70yrs old. They need to get it together over there.

Had WMA for my whole adult life. You can't do much better in Northern Berkshire County. May be a little different since becoming a BMC affiliate but the staff is still professional and quality.

Front office is terrible. Cant get an appointment any sooner than one month out for sick visit. Consistently missed prescription refills. Pain management and recommendations were a joke.
