I'm a new patient and this was my first visit. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Payne not only asks questions, but really listened to my concerns. I never felt rushed during my appointment at all. He took his time explaining different treatment options asking my input along the way. He is a kind, caring and compassionate doctor.

Dr. Payne is a very knowledgeable and kind doctor. "Bedside manner?" Yes, he is the best. He diagnoses and treats patients with respect and his entire staff is top notch. I'm worried that he's going to retire someday and when he does, the doctor who takes over his practice will have very big shoes to fill.

I was looking for a great Primary Care Physician for my mother. I am grateful to have found Dr. Payne! He is caring,kind and supportive. He actively listened to my mother and myself as well. We both now feel a great sense of peace that we have found a doctor such as Dr. Payne. We both highly recommend him!

I was touched that Dr. Payne remembered me from several years ago and was personable, caring and patient. He seemed to understand that I had been through an ordeal with my health over the past four years, which was validating and encouraging for me to continue my journey to some semblance of better health. He created a plan that was responsive to my needs and Amanda went to work to get it started. All the office staff were kind and genuine. I left feeling wonderful and confident that I'm in healing hands.
