Revere Medical - Bridgewater Internal Medicine

I'm new here but my first experience here was really wonderful! They were very kind and considerate to my situation. I felt they were very thorough and definitely will enjoy being seen here! I would highly recommend this place!

I called multiple times about a quest bill. Unfortunately I couldn't reach anyone for weeks. I finally called back and the lady told me on the phone that she was gonna take a message for office manager. The office manager never called me back and unfortunately transferred me to a lady named Janice. Unfortunately Janice told me she couldn't help me because she's only per diem. She told me to call Monday morning and ask for a lady named Mimi. While on this call there was a screaming child in the background and the lady was extremely rude to me. When I was explaining my situation the lady instead asked me for money because unfortunately times are tough for her being per diem and then had the nerve to hang up in my face. P.s was never able to reach the office manager. Go to Katherine Pacheco or Ann Glasman for all your needs. This place is gross and it stinks. Please clean your bathrooms. The lady at the front desk told me to get out of her face and she's the secretary. Never go here it's so disgusting.

Dr Tsanotelis has been our family doctor for 35 years. Any time I've had to wait to see him I never minded because I know he takes as much time as needed with each patient. I appreciate that if more than 15 minutes is needed for my appointment he'll take that time. Also nurses and reception are so friendly and go above and beyond to help patients.

The nurse practitioners doctors are really good. But with that said they have no urgent care for 2 weeks, and they don't let anybody know. Disappointed now I have to go to a mini clinic that doesn't have my medical records and pay a forty dollar deductible, instead of having no deductible. Everybody there is great but this disappoints me. If you're not gonna have enough staff for urgent care, you should let people know. So they can switch primary care, doctor.

Dr. Michalacos has been my doctor for yrs. He listens to my concerns and is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have a lot going on and he keeps trying everything possible to figure things out and doesn't give up. The nurses and staff are wonderful.
