Westford Primary Care

I had my new patient appointment at Westford Primary and was so relieved with the care I received. Everyone was polite on the phone and in person! The portal used for medical information is clear and easy to access. My doctor was thoughtful, kind and clearly keeps up with continuing education. It's been years since I've been able to feel cared for in a doctors office. So happy to be a patient here. Thank you Westford Primary!

I had been coming here since May 2024 without any issues. My provider was helpful, and cared about my well-being. The office was always empty, I rarely ever saw other patients. But during my physical on Dec 24 , instead of my usual doctor, I met with the NP. I was unexpectedly charged $400 for the appointment, which they called an 'Extended Follow-Up.' The appointment with the NP lasted about 15 minutes, included a flu shot, and answered two basic questions--there was nothing "extended" about it. Clearly, something is wrong here. When I called the office to ask why I was charged this amount, for my standard physical, I was met with condescending unprofessional behavior on the phone. Instead of addressing my concerns, I then received a letter stating they would "no longer provide services to me". Transparency in billing and respectful communication are essential for patient trust. You should be able to ask questions to your primary care practice, and it is unlawful to change appointment names to bill insurance. This behavior goes against patient rights and Tufts Medical standards. They really need the patients, but I would think twice before joining this practice if you don't want to risk being wrongfully charged and ignored when you ask for clarification.

As a patient at Westford Primary Care for the past year, I couldn't be more satisfied with the exceptional care I've received. The entire staff consistently demonstrates a friendly and helpful demeanor, but it is Dr. Vajihi's exceptional bedside manner that truly sets this practice apart. He listens attentively to my concerns, and displays remarkable patience. He has also gone ABOVE and BEYOND to help me overcome a unique challenge. Dr. Vajihi provides compassionate and effective treatment. I highly recommend Westford Primary Care and Dr. Vajihi to anyone seeking a healthcare provider who genuinely prioritizes the well-being of their patients and their experience with this practice.

I had an excellent experience at this clinic. Dr. Kodali, the front desk staff, and the office manager were all exceptional--professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. I'm very happy with the care and service I received!

Will not be returning. They are unprofessional & will bill you inaccurately and then ignore EVERY phone call you try to make to reach them. Had to send them a literal letter in the mail to get them to call me back & even then there was no resolution. No patient care whatsoever
