Susan Garrity is a very good nurse practitioner. She asks very good questions to try to determine what is causing me to feel dizzy. It is easy to see that she genuinely cares about her patients. I feel very cared for. She is the best.

Went to this Dr for several years . Not one of the attendants took notice of a hart problem I had and high blood pressure. Moved out of state and had a hard time getting my health records transferred over to new Dr . Been in Florida just shy of a year , was admitted into the hospital for a procedure to help with high blood pressure. 7 stents late , bp is down and losing weight . Why couldn't Dr terzains shop of horrors and tests seen what was needed ? In my words he is a waste of space

My nurse practitioner, Kimberly Kaliszewski, is a very good caregiver! She listens to any and all concerns you may have and provides a plan of action!!! I was so impressed with her that I had my wife switch to her!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Kimberly Kaliszewski! She goes above and beyond with every concern I have. I have had a medical issue for years, with no answers, and she has been adamant about finding some for me. It is so reassuring to have someone who really cares about her patients and is determined to find answers!

Very upset because i used to come here 2 years ago never had a problem. Called off my new number to schedule an appointment and they told me since its been 2yrs we are going to process you as a new patient. I left work early and took an uber to be on time for my appointment just for the front desk to say they reached out to me twice to reschedule the appointment and i told them i never received a call. I asked what number they had on file and it was an old number. I tried to see if anyone else can see me today since i took time off work and paid to be here but she kept saying im sorry i called you twice as if she had the right number and informed me. Just very inconsiderate of my situation an if initially they were going to treat me as a new patient why not make sure i have the same address and phone number to avoid situations like this. Very disappointed in my experience today.
