New patient to this practice and was very happy. Doing the online new patient paperwork was so easy to do online and the communication from the staff up front and scheduling was so accommodating. I saw Deborah Poche and she was so easy to talk to. listened to me and was very on top of things. As I had not been to a Dr in two years . The follow up with test results was fast and will be happy and satisfied in continuing my health journey with this practice
Outstanding staff, I didn't wait to long, spent time to hear my issues. And I was completely comfortable. After searching for a primary care doctor, and hearing 18 month waiting list. I was told they could see me within a reasonable time not even two weeks was comforting and they were professional and personal for a first time visit. I would highly recommend this office
I have NEVER been this excited to leave a review! I had my first appointment/intake with Megan (PA) that was more comprehensive than any Dr. appointment I have EVER had! (And I am 57 yrs old) ... I actually feel like I am in good hands for once in my life. I came right home and told my daughter she had to call to make an appointment for herself ... she did and will be going for her intake next week. I HIGHLY recommend this Primary Care facility!
Susan is a fantastic doctor who has gone out of her way to help me with several issues. She is very caring and always takes whatever time is needed to answer questions. I highly recommend her!
Ms.Poche... was attentive, listened to my concerns answered all questions, was very very thorough., and made me feel very comfortable . Talking with her felt easy... like I was chitchatting with a friend.. I would recommend her to all my family and friends... that's how much she impressed me, and made me feel at ease... and I'm a NEW PATIENT.. looking forward for a long and healthy relationship...!!!
