Don't go here these ppl suck. I visited this clinic 2 times & both times I was given attitude and no solution to my problem. During my last visit the lady doctor ( I forgot her name) that saw me was aggressive. After talking for about 5 minutes about my symptoms and that I think I needed an antibiotic because it's been a couple months, she got rude & said there wasn't enough to back up that I need an antibiotic and there were no tests she could do. She then opened the office door with a force it nearly damaged the wall as she told me to leave and rushed out like a dog. Very unprofessional and not worth going unless you enjoy an aggressive atmosphere with no help.

If I could get negative stars, I would. Y'all should be ABSOLUTELY ashamed of yourselves. Doctor purportedly cleans out a wound just so I could see it and notice a blue hair sticking out of it. I tell him I'm allergic to bacitracin, he says he'll let the nurse know... who comes in 30 seconds later with... you've guessed it.. BACITRACIN. LIKE WHAT. Yes, let's just put something on the patient who JUST told us she's allergic to on a punch biopsy wound. WOW. And then put a super cheap, terrible band aid on. I have better bandaids at home fam. Honestly my insurance company shouldn't even pay for this shitty, incompetent medical treatment that clearly violates the Hippocratic oath. Y'all so wrong for this. Shouldn't even be open or running. Edited to add: I just got home and through some research found out what he told me was flat out WRONG. I had a suture/stitch put in 2.5 days ago. Literature states that this can be re-sutured depending on the type of wound and time length; my wound was 100% a candidate to be re-sutured. This lazy, incompetent doctor just didn't want to do it, likely since it was 10 minutes to closing and he wanted to go home for the day. It isn't my fault I waited for 45 minutes before being seen, despite only having one person ahead of me (maybe 2?). So now I have an open HOLE that could have been closed back up. Edited to add: your receptionist/person in charge of check in though- an absolute gem.

This review is for the stated hours of operation on your website. It says that your locations are open at 7am. I drove to the Tewksbury location, arriving at 7, it was closed. Drove then to Dracut, since it said open at 7. Door also shows that they are open at 8. Please update your times online.

This was my second time at circle health and I don't usually take the time to leave reviews but I felt like I had to this time. My PCP did not have any sooner dates and I was having trouble finding time to go to the lab after work. The check in person is always nice but for some reason I always have a weird experience with some of the nurses there, I'm in healthcare myself and I think their bedside manners could be better, I just did not feel at ease, I did not feel safe to explain my symptoms because I felt judged and questioned. The PA that saw me was awesome, super understanding, made me feel more comfortable. But the nurse just did not have the right energy. The space is always clean and modern which is also why I went back and also the fact that I do not live far. I probably won't be back, I think everyone who walks through the door of a healthcare facility, regardless of their age, skin color or ethnicity should feel welcome from the moment they check in to when they leave, as a young black women I did not feel heard.
