Dr Rizzo, her NP's Judy and Mary Ellen are excellent. It's easy to get an appointment with the kind and friendly front desk staff. The medical staff takes time listening and addressing your concerns and is very thorough. Response time to messages or follow up questions is very prompt. Highly recommend this practice

After 15 yrs I switched PCP's. I did some research and found Dr Rizzo. I am so happy I did. Dr Rizzo has helped me with some serious medical issues. She listens, is kind, and really wants to help you. She is thorough and helps so much. I have seen so many Dr.'s the last 2 years. I needed an excellent PCP. Thank god it is Dr Rizzo Thank you Dr Rizzo.

Beware! The billing codes that Emerson Hospital uses to bill care to your insurance company are incorrect and you will get billed $40 as a Specialist visit versus $20 for a visit to your PCP or a Nurse Practitioner. My experience is with Andrea Rizzo and Mary Coronado. It seems that Judy Larson is being billed correctly. I spent time on the phone with Emerson billing to try and correct the issue. Despite promises to do so, they've done noting after 3 months. I've engaged my insurance company, United Healthcare, they've spent hours on the phone with me to figure out the problem. They're now running point to get Emerson to re- bill them with the proper charge codes. Check your bills from Emerson. Don't just trust these guys!

I was so happy to find a pcp near me as transportation is an issue. But was thrilled once I met with Dr Rizzo. I found her to be friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and concerned. Office staff was good and as a senior I felt comfortable and confident in her care.

Dr. Rizzo is a very caring doctor. She worries about you even when you aren't in the office. Any time I've seen her, she has taken my concerns seriously and has been willing to refer me to specialists when necessary. I find her bedside manner to be very pleasant and recommend her highly.
