Dr. Uma Chiganti is a great doctor. I have been a patient of hers for many years. She is very accurate when making diagnoses and prescribing medications. Everything she has prescribed for my conditions were on point and she knows what you need to take for whatever conditions you have. She is caring and thorough. She is concerned about her patients and she listens to you. She is very knowledgeable. I would not want another primary care physician.
Visit was fine with Dr. Chaganti. Waiting time could have been better. Me sharing my feelings to her thoroughness in referrals & testing are great but her lack of documenting what's important is a concern to me, especially as I get older. Although quickly moved on, That sincere statement from me lead to a discomfort/defense air in the patient room.
I am experience very good service with the nurse that came and got me and weighed me and he had a good conversation. He has very good or as far as someone that cares about other people my Doctor and I had a good conversation when she said that I lost a lot of weight I think for myself I am proud of myself for losing the weight, but I think she asked me how did I do it? I told her I changed the way that I ate, but I think her because she does encourage me to do better and she does encourage me to be better and I thank her for that. She's a very nice doctor I He's always polite and she's always courteous and she's always saying or telling you about things that you need to do for yourself so I thank you for her and I think each and everyone that works there with the goodness and the kindness that y'all put out in the office
Dr Chaganti is great. She listens and tells you honest opinions which I appreciate. Her assistant nurse, Bryan is awesome. Super attentive and personable. Also want to shout out Jennifer for responding to my MyChart messages. Thank you, team.
Dr. Chaganti is almost always on time. She comes in the exam room within minutes of your arrival. She's a great listener and pays attention to you, not her computer.
