I received an excellent care at Vascular Surgery. R. Balise, PA listened attentively to my medical history and concerns. She explained my test results and what can be done about it. What I like about this practitioner is that she included me in the decisions about my medical care. Her nurse, Megan was very caring and respectful.
I had a great visit at Mercy Vascular. I was anxious because I was 15 minutes late but everyone was so nice and understanding I felt more comfortable right away, and while my issues have been determined to not be a blood flow problem, I got some very good advice on what to do next, and feel more positive after my visit.
The reception to the facility is great, very friendly very responsive. As is the nurse that takes your vital signs, very accommodating very Helpful. Dr. Scmaan, very knowledgeable Takes time with you, Explaining test results procedures with a game plan for you in mind. I have a strong confidence in this doctor. I have had surgery once before with him and another one that's going to be booked soon. He is the only doctor I would allow for this Surgery. I highly recommend anybody that needs Vascular surgery to book an appointment at this facility
Don't go here if you want to be seen by Dr Samaan. My father went to have an ultrasound done of his legs and during this we were told he was not gettin blood flow through certain areas of his legs. We waited a long time for the follow up appointment only to be rescheduled by this office 4 times! Even after telling this office that my father was developing a sore in his ankle that came out of nowhere. My father has had 2 strokes, he's diabetic, he needs vascular care and certainly doesn't seem like he's ever gonna get it here. He is working very hard to be able to walk again and at the rate Dr Samaans office reschedules appointments my father will probably be on the verge of losing a limb and probably will never be able to walk. Which of course means nothing to them. DO NOT CARE FOR PATIENTS IF YOU DONT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THEM. This is by far the worst and u professional office and team I have ever come across
