I wish more Doctors were like Dr. Lau, Ive had 30 years of horrifying, barbaric Heart Procedures and horrible bed side manors from Drs not realizing that patients of Thiers are actually human, it's one thing to not to get "emotional" with work but totally another to become so ignorant to the fact that patience are humans and not cattle. Dr. Lau is extremely compassionate, caring, listens and importantly takes the time to make you feel safe, anyone knows esp with any kind of heart problem (s) how important that is. It's not bad enough to worry abt the procedure your going to have then also worry abt how you'll be treated during it. I'm extremely fortunate to have had Dr. Lau, I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience through this procedure. He and the team I had were beyond fantastic. I am so grateful. Ive had over 30 yrs of truly horrific experiences with Heart Docs and Heart Procedures which has honestly left me scarred physically and mentally. I'm so glad to see in this day and age a truly wonderful, kind, caring Doctor. If doctors would treat them their patients like they would want their mother, father or family members treated it would be a better world! Dr Lau does. It restored my faith that there were any doctors like that.
