I have been with Dr Singh since 2002 when I ended up in the ER with congestive heart failure. Through all these years I have had the best care anyone could ask for. Dr Singh is very compassionate and always current with new medical information. He takes the time to listen, and to explain things in understandable terms.
The office staff is always friendly and helpful. Brooke is a sweetheart and quick to respond to messages, usually the same day, often just a couple of hours. The office manager goes above and beyond with kindness and compassion. Despite her very difficult job of running the office and handling finances, she also has a genuine caring for the patients. She often reaches out to see how a patient is doing, and is a highly respected asset. I have never had a bad experience or a single complaint in 23 years. I had 3 previous primary care doctors (lost due to their leaving or retiring) but this team far outshines them all. I am SO fortunate to be taken care of by Dr Singh and his staff. He is very very highly regarded by many others in the medical field which says a lot!

Dr. Singh is rare -- a true gem and the gold standard of care. Compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to his patients.

Something is going sideways at an otherwise great and efficient practice. Dr. Singh and NP Crane helped me through gout, acid reflux, COVID and even checked in on me while I took the antibiotics. Things were good. Very grateful.
But it's been about 16 months since my last visit, and the office manager called today and asked, for the first time, for a large sum of money for missed appointments and uninsured visits. This should have been something we were able to work out.
I said I needed to consult my prior insurer. I told her NP Crane is one of my favorites doctors I've had, but that there surely was a mistake, and that I can't afford the bill. It should have started and ended with, "thanks for saying that, but to our office, the bill is your responsibility, but we recommend you contact your insurer and figure out a method of payment."
Instead, the office manager told me that if I wasn't willing to pay the outstanding balance, then it must be because I don't value doctors and their service.
She said that if I wasn't going to pay it immediately, then I must think that Dr Singh and his practice are, in her words. "worthless". This was not playful joking, it was a noisy browbeating, talking over me, shouting into her phone.
I donate to Doctors Without Borders, I have first responders, nurses and ER staff in my family, and I would be dead without the help of doctors, therapists, nurses, the whole lot.
If I can't pay a bill outright and respectfully contest it, you don't get to attack my character, my morals, or make assessments of my values. Period.
This was shocking, completely unprofessional behavior and the office manager needs to be terminated immediately. I know deep in my heart that Singh and Crane feel the same way.

I've been a patient of Ashley LaFlamme Crane for several years. I've been loyal, respectful and most of all understanding, while showing patience in times of medical crisis etc. Sadly, the office doesn't shine as others have shared, my experience was contradictory to a few in review. After several years of medical treatment and little in the way of satisfaction I've been forced to seek second opinions and a new primary care physician. I question whether the previous reviews are of satisfied patients, or of friendships seeking to bolster an otherwise lackluster medical operation. Sadly and realistically everyone should question a previously failed office located in Chicopee on E Main St ( which closed overnight, no access to medical records etc. ) and this second attempt in an office of misfits acting under the cover of White and Bright, when Doom and Gloom is there recipe representing the needs of the local community. Lastly, and like others I don't owe them a dime, and I speak from the most peaceful place possible. And that's not saying much, as I had much preferred to come from a positive place when reviewing anyone.

Dr Singh was covering for my doctor. I waited 6 hours for a return phone call for the receptionist to basically tell me I'm not a regular patient so they aren't going to work with me and my schedule. I sat around for 6 hrs. Now my son's getting home soon. I'm sorry but if you can't provide the same care to everyone don't cover for another doctor. Her tone and remarks completely made me have absolutely no faith in this doctor and how I would be cared for. And personally after how she spoke to me, why would I want to go their and have more interaction with her.
