The Vascular Care Group - Plymouth

Regina Chandler and the entire staff at the Vascular Care Group were wonderful. Regina was incredibly informative, attentive to all my needs, and answered every question with care. She made me feel truly seen and heard. Her compassion, thoroughness, and clear explanations helped me feel completely comfortable and confident in making informed decisions about my health.

I was very impressed with my visits to Dr James office. From Caitlin at the front desk, who facilitated appointments for me, and provided records I asked for on the spot, followed by a telephone call that further information was available for me to pick up, my consult with Dr James, very factual and professional, and Heather in Ultrasound, also professional, making sure I was comfortable, very kind, everyone did a great job!

I was seen for the first time at the vascular center recently. I was greeted warmly by the reception staff and seen promptly by Regina Chandler. NP Chandler was very warm, answered all my questions, and gave me as much time as needed to address my issues. I am pleased with the attention I was given and feel confident with continuing my care at the Vascular Care Group.

First a building exterior of the office was incredibly clean and very nice to sit and have comfort and also they had a TV with a channel that I think most of us like to watch With regards to the front desk, everyone was friendly and kind, and I could not say enough about them with their help and just making things work they were phenomenal Regina, in my opinion who comes from working in the field of medicine, I found to be thorough, highly proficient incredibly knowledgeable in her area of specialty. By the time she finished, I only had a couple of questions. She handled everything with such great ease and kindness.

Dr. James and staff were kind, thoughtful and very knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised with the care and concern of Dr.james and staff. And pleasantly surprised with the outcome.
