Office at 45 resnik rd is not wheelchair accessible and the front desk staff does not assist with the doors. The nurse that we saw was not informed on disabilities and asked 'so what's wrong with her' about my client in a wheelchair and asked questions about her abilities that were not relevent. Dr. Johnson said he would help us check out and ended up speaking to another patient about her health in front of us. Made comments and asked questions that would have been very clear if he had gone over her medical history. Disappointed in the level of care.
