My doctor of 25 years retired and when he did my records were sent to this office. At the beginning of 2022 was when my appointment was, well my father died and I couldn't make my appointment. I called the office and explained that but because I missed that appointment I am no longer allowed to be seen. The funny thing about it is my heart doctor is also in that office. I have been calling since the missed appointment to speak with someone. I called again today and was sent to voicemail with the promise someone would get back to me. I'm not going to hold my breath because no one has reached out ever. The reason I'm so upset is because there was no grace given, considering he died suddenly. Now I have anxiety medication I need refills , which I have been off for several days and it's the kind of medication a person should be weaned off of and I wasn't. Now, you may be asking why didn't I just get another doctor? Well because of Covid most offices aren't taking new patients. So the only other option is to go to the hospital. In this economy, does anyone have the money to do that every month? I'm not trying to be a "Karen" I'm asking for some consideration from someone my previous doctor trusted to take care of me. Depending on if the someone actually reaches out will determine whether this review gets changed or not.

Secretary was rude and kept cutting me off. It was going to take 3 months to meet with a nurse to take my records which I had to drop off a week before. After that I'd have to wait 6-8 months for a 'meet and greet' with the Dr. (not a physical). After that a nurse would set up an appointment for a physical. Ridiculous.

I have never been compelled to review ANYONE or ANY business. But I have been treated so badly; complete holier than thou attitude, and rude. Beyond dumbfounded.

Was compared to about other patient they're seeing because they had me confused with another patient. So much for confidentiality and receptionist was not friendliest of people
