I've never even heard of this hospital before December 8th 2025. I don't even live in the same state as this hospital. But I can tell you when and where one of their patients happens to possibly have what seems to be a very important appointment. They've called me 5 times since Dec 8th trying to reach who I assume is a patient about scheduling an appointment. I've told them that I am NOT him nor do I know him or anyone by that name. Yet I'm continuing to get calls and in this last call, I received personal enough info that I know what types of scans and based on that I know what they might possibly be testing him for. I know what date and time they want to schedule this scan for as well as this patient goes often enough that they have a "regular schedule time" they seem to set their appointments for. I may not know enough to tell you exactly who this stranger is, but I know more than some stranger across the country should know about somebody's medical information and health. I've attached a photo of the voicemail transcript I've received and blocked out the info I feel shouldn't have been shared without knowing who you're talking to, especially after somebody from this number has told you they aren't your patient.

I went to BMC emergency room because I was experiencing loss of voice and other symptoms of illness. The lack of professionalism was worse than any medical setting I have dealt with. The staff were rude and ignored my expressed wishes, ignored me saying no multiple times. One of the medical personnel caused me a severe injury by jamming an instrument into my ear. The next day my ear was full of dried blood. I won't ever go to Pittsfield BMC again if I am able to help it. I recommend the public avoid this hospital.

Was able to get an earlier than scheduled appointment for an MRI (just dumb luck and a phone call) - - very accommodating in all aspects of care. Superb staff, and very supportive in helping me manipulate my crippled body onto the gurney they provided. I'm grateful for their care And I'm so appreciative of their expertise and support. thank you to the staff for their excellent service.

Despite the extended wait time, upon entering the consultation room within the emergency department, Nurse Jenn O. provided exceptional comfort and support, surpassing any previous experience within this setting. Her dedication to patient care is commendable. Furthermore, I observed Nurse O. extending assistance to a mother and infant in the waiting area, demonstrating genuine compassion, a quality rarely witnessed in an emergency room environment.

I was very impressed with the entire staff at Berkshire Medical. I have never been there before and everyone from the checkin to the staff was exceptional and amazing. The Doctors and nursing staff were so caring for my family member I thank all you for what you do.
