If zero stars were allowed I would give that. Dr. Madaj was completely dismissive of my concern, told me "well just don't do those things then" when I explained that for my whole life I have experienced near black outs on occasion when going from cold to hot or hot to cold ie in to the ocean on a hot day or in and out of a hot tub on a cold day. When I told him I didn't come here to wait an hr only to be told not to live my life he refocused a bit but by then I was so upset I didn't want to ask anything more. When they told me to schedule for four months I told the receptionist I wouldn't be coming back and she made no effort to ask what had happened. Would not recommend this practice to my worst enemy.

It was my first time coming to Hampshire Cardiovascular Associates. The front staff were attentive and courteous. The sonographer I had was excellent, they made me feel as ease and calm during my appointment. I greatly appreciate the care I received and would gladly go back again.

Sleep Medicine office: Extremely difficult to contact and speak with a human over the phone. Not sure if it's due to staffing shortage or unprofessionalism, or both. Dr. Fleitman is great, but the admin staff/office managers are not! They dropped the ball & gave me the wrong information, which delayed my care/prescription by more than a month! I felt like I had to constantly be vigilant and be my own self advocate. They also don't do virtual or phone appointments, even for simple follow-ups. This is not cool, esp for those with accessibility challenges. Sad !

The way this office treats it's patients is disturbing. The doctors don't care, the front desk is not only rude, they don't know how to do their job correctly. After watching the hell my family member has had to go through just to get treatment is mortifying. I honestly think this office is placing their patients lives in jeopardy. Praying they can get an appointment soon with another office that knows what they are doing.

Shameful the way this office treats its patients. They do not care about their patients health or lives. They are putting patient's lives on the line with their lack of follow through and care. Besides horrible physician care the front desk staff is lacking in professionalism and training. Hampshire Cardiovascular Associates needs all new management or just close the doors. If you need a cardo care go somewhere else if you want results.
